秦汉三国时期巴蜀的水利管理

本文研究了秦至三国时期，成都以都江堰管理系统为代表的水利管理体系。首次指出，李冰创建的“都水”管理系统为秦汉政府全国所借鉴，所推广。水利管理的重要职能之一是对治水经验进行总结，并利用各种技术如分水、治沙进行管理。
