| 摘 要： | 我国生源地信用助学贷款作为一项重大惠民工程,是我国高校资助政策体系的重要内容,是体现教育公平公正的有效手段,与国家助学贷款相比,具有独特的优点。但在当前实施过程中仍面临着困难和问题。如何进一步完善生源地信用助学贷款、保证新贷款政策持续发展值得关注。

| Abstract: | Our locally-granted student loan,as a great project benefitting people,is the important content of aid policy system of our institutions of high learning. It is the effective means of embodying fairness and justice of education. Compared with the state-aided loan,it has unique advantages. But we should neglect the difficulties and problems appearing in the process of implementation. How to perfect locally-granted student loan and guarantee the sustainable development of the new loan policy is worth our concern. |
