| Abstract: | Jiang Zemin required the Communist Party members to take the leading role in stressing justice, which constituted the major content for the construction of the Party in the new era. The stress of justice is the fundamental requirement for Party members, the core being to realize and protect the essential interests of the Party and the people. The crucial part of the emphasis lies in the cultivation of Party spirit. |
