关于全球化背景下中国文化安全问题的思考

在全球化时代 ,文化安全在国家安全体系中越来越成为人们关注的重点。中国始终面临着以美国为首的西方国家的文化扩张和文化渗透的压力 ,始终面临着维护自身文化安全的艰巨任务。应对挑战 ,我们应该坚持“和而不同”的原则 ,树立多元化的发展观 ;坚持文化发展的自觉性和独立性 ,增强文化安全意识 ,维护文化主权 ;进一步加强网络建设和管理 ;进一步规范、完善中外文化产业交流机制 ;这样才能确保我国的文化安全

Issue of Chinese Culture Security on the Background of Globalization

In the era of the globalization, more and more attentions are paid to the culture security within the system of the national security, China,the only great socialist country insisting on following a different course from the West, is facing the challenges of the west countries headed by U.S. and the hard task of sustaining its own culture security. To deal with them, we should insist on "identical but distinct" principles, set a plural culture developing idea;insist on the consciousness and independence of cultural development, enforce the conscioussness of culture security, sustain cultural sovereign; standardize and perfect the regulations of external communications, hence ensure the security of country's culure.
