| 摘 要： | 随着我国刑事诉讼改革的深入,污点证人问题已成为困扰司法实践并急需解决的重要理论课题。文章着重探讨了污点证人制度的基本内涵,阐明了其存在的价值,并为建立我国污点证人制度提出了立法构想,以期对我国刑事诉讼证人制度的完善做出有益的探索。

The research of the "Tainted Witness" system |

| Abstract: | With the deepening reform of the criminal procedure,"tainted witness" which has long haunted our domestic law practice is becoming an urgent theoretical issue.This paper makes a thorough discussion on the connotation of "tainted witness" system,and expatiates its value,and thus brings forward the legislative design for establishing the "tainted witness" system,aiming to privide a helpful reference in the perfection of the system. |
