| 摘 要： | 从文化与民主的关系的角度对民主发展道路作最一般考察和概括,政治民主化演进的基本路径无非这样两条:以先发国家为代表的"民主文化一民主制度一民主政治"进路和以后发国家为代表的"民主制度一民主文化一民主政治"进路.中国作为一个典型的后发国家,其政治民主化的进程只能遵循"民主制度一民主观念一民主政治"的路径演进.
