| Abstract: | The goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way sets greater emphasis to ensure the overall development of individuals, which embodies not only the overall development of individuals, but the overall development of each person. In present global competitive society based-on knowledge, the promotion of science literacy of the population and the construction of a more perfect learning society have played a vital role and laid a basic foundation to achieve such goal. |
