海院教职工体质现状的调查研究

采用随机抽样的方法 ,对海院 14 0名教职工进行了体质测定和评价。研究结果表明 :( 1)总体测试人群中体质综合评定等级分布情况为 :优秀 2 6.4% ,良好 3 2 .2 % ,合格 3 6.4% ,不合格仅占 5 %。男教职工情况优于女教职工 ,甲组女教职工优于乙组女教职工。 ( 2 )海院教职工体质特点具有良好的身体形态 ,较好的身体素质 ,与全国成年人相比除女教职工的握力和体前屈外 ,其余各项指标匀高于全国平均水平 ,且达到非常显著性差异。但身体机能较差 ,尤其是心血管系统的功能。 ( 3 )针对教职工体质的薄弱环节 ,提出了若干对策与建议

Investigation and Research on The Present Situation of The Physique of The Staff and Workers In Zhejiang Ocean University

By means of random sampling,the physique of 140 people surveyed and evaluated. out of the staff and workers in Zhejiang Ocean University.The result of the research shows:(1)among all the people surveyed,the grades of comprehansive physical evaluation is distributed as following:26.4% excellent, 32.2% good,26.4% up to standard and only 5% under standard. The physique of male staff is better than that of female staff. Female staff from Group A is better than that from Group B.(2)The characteristic of the physique of the staff is that they have good figure and physique. Compared with the adults of the whole country,all the quotas are above the average except the grasp strength and bodybending of the female staff,and the differece is distinctive. But their physical function, especially the cardiovascular system, is not so good.(3)This article put forward some countermeasures and proposals in view of the weak points of the physique of the staff.
