A New Milestone and Manifesto of Mind Emancipation and Theoretical Innovation in the New Era--Learning from the Party's 16th National Congress Report

The Party's 16th National Congress Report is not only a milestone but also a manifesto of CPC members in emancipating their minds and innovating their theories. As discussed in this paper, it is one of the most important tasks in learning and implementing the guiding principles of the Report to hold firm the belief that there is no forbidden area nor any end in mind emancipation and theoretical innovation, regard the Important Thoughts of "Three Represents" as the very guiding principle and yardstick of our minds, adhere to the theme of the age of revitalizing the Chinese nation, and combine the idea of basing everything on the domestic actual conditions with that of keeping an eye for the overall development of the world. Besides, it is of vital importance to stick to the Marxist motto of applying theories into practice so as to further promote the emancipation of minds and theoretical innovation, and deepen the understanding to the CPC ruling laws, the socialist construction laws and the laws of social development as a whole.
