| 摘 要： | 在通过对冀晋蒙三省区36个县城乡金融发展调查的基础上，提出当前农村金融发展存在的若干问题，并分析这些问题的形成原因。并为解决农村金融的重点和难点问题，提示按照“多予、少取、放活”的方针来加快农村金融发展的建议。
