中国基础研究国际合作的科学计量测度与评价

基于《科学引文索引》(SCI)数据系统创建了中国与 33个国家 (地区 )国际合作论文数据库及计算机检索统计系统 ,采用规范的国际合作计量测度指标 ,从六个方面 ,即国际合作论文的增长及学科分布、各学科领域科学产出的国际合作依存度比较、基础研究国际合作重要伙伴的国别分布、各学科领域国际合作重要伙伴的国别分布、中国与若干代表性国家 (地区 )合作研究的重点学科分布、参与国际合作研究的中国重要科研机构排序 ,首次对中国基础研究国际合作的现状进行了系统的科学计量测度与评价 ,并提出了若干政策建议 .研究成果已在国家基础研究国际合作“十五”计划和长远规划的制定工作中得到应用

Scientometrical measurement and evaluation on international collaboration of basic research in China

On the basis of Science Citation Index, we have established the data b ase and its statistics system about international co-authored articles between C hina and 33 countries. Adopting the normative scientometrics indicators of inter national scientific collaboration, we have systemically measured and evaluated t he current situation of international collaboration of Chinese basic research fr om six aspects. It is that international co-authored articles increase and thei r disciplines distribution, comparison internationalization degree among the disc iplines' output, country's distribution of important international collaboration partners, disciplines distribution of cooperation study between China and some representative countries, Chinese important institutions participating in intern ational cooperation study. This study's conclusion has been applied in constitut ing the five years plan of international collaboration of Chinese basic research .
