摘    要:就反思性教学的发展历史、反思性教学的内涵、反思性教学的特点、反思型教师的成长、反思型教师的特征以及教师在教学实践中应如何反思等进行了较为全面而深刻的论述,提出当代教师迫切需要做好的工作就是要学习反思性教学理论和认真反思自己以往的教学实践,以便尽快适应当前教育教学改革的需要.

Abstract:This paper has described overall and deeply on the history of development,the connotation, the characteristics,the growth and the characteristics of reflective teachers.How to reflect in teaching practice is illustrated as well. It puts forward that the job, which the contemporary teachers need to do urgently, is to learn the theory of reflective teaching and to reflect their previous teaching practice conscientiously,so as to meet the needs of present educational reform as soon as possible.
