| 摘 要： | 科技进步是建设社会主义新农村的重要支撑,是发展农业生产、增加农民收入的内生动力,是实现城乡统筹、形成城乡一体化新格局的内在要求。江西和其他中部各省农村居民人均科技投入对收入增长贡献的实证分析表明,农村居民人均生产性物化科技投入对农民收入的变化具有显著影响。因此,在社会主义新农村建设中,要着力构建促进农民增收的农村科技支撑体系,包括构建现代农业关键技术体系、现代农业科技创新体系、现代农业科技普及推广体系、现代农业科技人才培育体系、现代农业网络服务体系,充分发挥政府在建设农村科技支撑体系中的重大作用,促进农民长效增收。
