| 摘 要： | 周必大作为南宋著名的政治家、文学家和学者,虽没有完整系统的军事著作,但他助政四朝,执掌枢府五载,围绕南宋中兴图强这个思想宗旨,对军事问题多有论述,散见在其文集中。他关于军队建设方面的主张表现为选用将帅和激励军士两大要点。他所提出的"精择"下"久任"的选将观以及"优恤"下"严训"的励军法,具有进步的历史意义和重要的现实价值。
