| 摘 要： | 公平分配是构建社会主义和谐社会的重中之重。进行公平分配,必须在理性分析公平分配各种现实障碍的基础上,建立有利于公平分配的运行机制。总体而言,实现公平分配需要建立公平分配的保障机制、公平分配的惩戒机制以及公平分配的调节机制。
