编辑出版业务中的署名权问题

在编辑出版业务中，必然要面对和处理作品的署名问题。真正参与创作的人有权利在作品上署名，没有参与创作的人不得署名。依此，论文的作者并不必然是执笔人，课题组成员不必然是合作作者。署名方式、署名变更、署名次序及引文标示，都涉及署名权问题。编辑出版工作者应严格依照法律规定和执行学术规范，以推动学术传统的养成。
