| 摘 要： | 十六届四中全会《决定》中提出了"构建社会主义和谐社会"的新命题。"和谐社会"的提出,是我们党对中国特色社会主义事业认识的新发展。要构建理想的和谐社会主义社会,就必须准确认识什么是和谐社会;必须把握社会主义和谐社会的整体性与全面性;找到实现和谐社会的途径——遵循"以人为本"的原则,进行必要的管理创新,最终实现真正意义上的社会主义和谐社会。

| Abstract: | The fourth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Control Commeffee made the "Desision",putting forward the new assignment "build a harmonious socialist society".The proposition of harmonious society is the new development of our Party's understanding of socialism with Chinese characteristics.To create an ideal harmonious socialist socieyt,we must accurately understand what a harmonious society is;grasp the holistic and comprehensice characteristics of socialist harmonious society;find ways to achieve harmony in society to follow the "people-oriented" principle,make the necessary management innovations,and ultimately,build the real socialist harmonious society. |
