Cannvy边缘检测算子研究及其在医学图像中的应用

为了进一步加强数字图像处理技术在医学图像领域的应用，分析基于Canny算子的边缘检测方法并将其应用于医学图像。本文首先介绍边缘检测算法的理论基础；然后结合Canny算子的实现原理及步骤，说明边缘检测所遵循的基本原则；最后在OpenCV环境下编程调试，对该算法进行实验验证，利用Canny算子对一幅人体肺部CT图像进行边缘提取。对实验结果进行分析得出结论，Canny算子检测出的边缘完整、连续且细锐。从实验结果中可以看出，这种方法对医用CT图像的边缘检测非常适用，对于利用计算机进行医学图像处理有着重要的现实意义。

Research of Canny Edge Detection Operators and Application in Medical Image

To further enhance the application of digital image processing technology in the field of medical image, we analysis the Canny operator edge detection algorithm and apply it to a medical lung CT image. First, introduce the theoretical basis for edge detection algorithm; then, combined with Canny operator, shows the basic principles followed by the edge detection; final- ly,in OpenCV environment, program and debug Canny operator to detect the edge of a human lung CT image. The experimental results were analyzed to conclude, the edge detected by Can- ny is completed, continuous and accurate. It can be seen from the experimental results, Canny is very suitable for medical image processing, and it has important practical significance in this area.
