摘    要:为了进一步加强数字图像处理技术在医学图像领域的应用,分析基于Canny算子的边缘检测方法并将其应用于医学图像。本文首先介绍边缘检测算法的理论基础;然后结合Canny算子的实现原理及步骤,说明边缘检测所遵循的基本原则;最后在OpenCV环境下编程调试,对该算法进行实验验证,利用Canny算子对一幅人体肺部CT图像进行边缘提取。对实验结果进行分析得出结论,Canny算子检测出的边缘完整、连续且细锐。从实验结果中可以看出,这种方法对医用CT图像的边缘检测非常适用,对于利用计算机进行医学图像处理有着重要的现实意义。

Abstract:To further enhance the application of digital image processing technology in the field of medical image, we analysis the Canny operator edge detection algorithm and apply it to a medical lung CT image. First, introduce the theoretical basis for edge detection algorithm; then, combined with Canny operator, shows the basic principles followed by the edge detection; final- ly,in OpenCV environment, program and debug Canny operator to detect the edge of a human lung CT image. The experimental results were analyzed to conclude, the edge detected by Can- ny is completed, continuous and accurate. It can be seen from the experimental results, Canny is very suitable for medical image processing, and it has important practical significance in this area.
