| Abstract: | It turns out that teachers＇ development is determined by their teaching concept and behavior,teachers＇ needs on class teaching effect motivate and direct their development, and their desires for training opportunities reveal their determination of development. The teachers＇ intense craving for training opportunities is the concentrated embodiment of teachers＇ develop- ment needs. |
