| 摘 要： | 提高高职人才培养质量，必须重视高职学生非智力因素的开发与培养。本文从目前高职学生非智力因素方面存在的问题人手，分析了开发非智力因素对于提高高职人才培养质量的重要作用，并对培养高职学生非智力因素的路径进行了探索。
