| 摘 要： | 为实现技能型人才培养目标,职业院校应大力推进校企合作等先进办学模式。本文探讨了在校企合作过程中订单式人才培养、企业参与教学、设立企业奖学金等具体实践措施,并对合作中有关开门办学、借助政府、健全法律等问题进行了论述。

| Abstract: | In order to realize the training target of skilled talents,vocational colleges should vigorously promote school-enterprise cooperation and other advanced school-running mode.This paper discusses order-type talent training in the course of school-enterprise cooperation,enterprise participating in the teaching,some specific practical measures such as the establishment of enterprise scholarship etc.,and elaborates the issues like open-door education related with cooperation,drawing support from government and perfecting laws etc.. |
