培植大学精神 引领新建地方本科院校转型发展

大学精神是一所大学的灵魂,新建地方本科院校本科合格评估刚刚通过,再次转型已经迫在眉睫,即由传统本科院校向应用技术型大学转型。在十年左右的时间,新建地方本科院校需要经历两次转型,诸多因素复杂多变,众多观点纷至沓来,到底怎么办,我们必须从大局着眼、整体出发,培植具有地方特色的大学精神,统一全校师生思想和行动,引领新建地方本科院校积极健康的转型发展。

For newly - built local colleges, the transition from academies to four - year colleges has not been completed, but a new challenge is pressing： the second round of restructuring requires the transition from the undergraduate colleges to technology -based universities.
