摘    要:针对五年制高职学生思想不够成熟、自我约束能力差,厌学情绪突出、自主学习能力差,生活依赖性强、自理能力差,心理发展相对滞后、承受挫折能力差,伦理观念淡薄、道德修养能力差等特点,现阶段应从以下五方面入手,增强五年制高职学生思想政治教育工作的实效性:以学校教育为龙头,健全学校、社会、家庭“三位一体”的网络式教育体系;以思想政治理论课教学为主阵地,实现显性教育与隐性教育的有机结合;以思想政治工作队伍师德建设为主导,发挥教师魅力的示范引领作用;以改进传统教学模式为抓手,把学生的注意力吸引到学习上来;以施予更多人文关怀为着力点,加强学生心理健康教育。

The Characteristics of the Five -year Higher Vocational Students and Countermeasure of Ideological and Political Education

Abstract:In respose to the five - year higher vocational students' slower development in self - control, learning au- tonomy, psychological bearing capacity, moral self - cultivation, this paper proposesthat, the current ideological and political education should be improved in the following five aspects: to improve the network education system of "trinity" including school, society and family, accomplish the combination of the dominant education and recessive education, ask teachers to demonstrate the leading role, reform the traditional teaching mode and strengthen psy- cholgical education
