低变质煤的热解技术

摘    要:我国低变质煤的储量十分丰富,对其充分有效的利用可以极大的缓减当前资源紧缺的现状,同时也带来较大的经济效益,而对低变质煤进行热解处理是比较常用的方式。微波热解技术是一种节能高效、加热速率高、反应速率快的新型煤炭转化技术,在煤、油页岩及生物质等综合利用领域有着广泛的前景。在对我国低变质煤资源性质、特点分析的基础上,归纳总结了煤的低温热解技术及微波热解技术的研究发展现状和利用情况,研究了低变质煤的热解特性。

On the Pyrolysis Technology of the Low Metamorphic Coal

Abstract:The reservation of low metamorphic coal in China is very rich, its fully effective use can greatly alleviate the current status of the resource constraints, but it also brings large benefits economically. And thermal processing of low metamorphic coal is a relatively common way. The microwave technology, as a new coal conversion technolo- gy,has a wide prospects in comprehensive utilization of coal, oil shale and biomass. It has the characteristics of an energy efficient solution, the high heating rate and reaction rate. The paper summarized the technology of coal py- rolysis as well as the development and utilization of microwave pyrolysis technology research based on the character- istics analysis of low metamorphic coal.
