鼓励大学生自主创业是有效缓解大学生就业压力的重要途径,大学生成功创业需要来自多方面的支持与帮助,其中教育培训体系是必不可少的因素。分析创业计划大赛、教育培训对象与内容选择、师资队伍、教材以及培训时段等五个方面,试图构建一个相对成熟的创业教育培训支持体系,从而促进大学生自主创业,以创业带动就业,更好地落实党和国家相关政策和总体部署。
