| 摘 要： | 高等教育浪费使得原本稀缺的教育资源不能得到合理的利用,严重限制了高等教育功能的发挥。因此,本文在分析其浪费现象的基础上,透析了其深层次的制度原因,并提出了相应的建议以促进资源利用效率的提高。
