| 摘 要： | 党的两个先锋队性质和"三个代表"重要思想作为党的指导思想写入党章是新党章的两个重要理论突破,是我们党作为执政党建设的重大理论创新。两个先锋队性质与"三个代表"重要思想有着紧密的、内在的逻辑联系,是在历史和时代的变化发展中统一在一起的。二者统一的基础在于发展。
