| 摘 要： | 辅导员是大学生健康成长的指导者和引路人.在各高校,非思想政治教育专业的辅导员所占的比重较大.他们存在理论水平不够高,知识面不太宽,缺乏科学研究,心理学知识不系统等不足.要加强非思想政治教育专业的辅导员队伍建设,就要通过加强理论学习等办法来克服存在的问题.
