| 摘 要： | 本文论述了邓小平新时期人才战略的思想特色1.爱才破除"左"的思想,树立尊重知识,尊重人才的观念;2.选才破除论资排辈思想,树立德才兼备,注重政绩的观念;3用才破除求全责备思想,树立能者居位,重在使用的观念;4.育才破除忽视教育思想,树立优先发展教育,开发人才资源的观念.

| Abstract: | This paper classifies the features of Deng Xiaoping's talent strategy as follows:1)caring for talent:to cast off "Left"and treasure knowledge and talent;2)choosing talent:to cast off priority of seniority and choose people with ability and political integrity,and value official achievements;3)using talent:to keep away from demanding perfection and leave enough room for talent;4)cultivating talent:to give education priority and cultivate talent resource. |
