论儒家政治文明

摘    要:政治文明本质上是指能够使人得到自由而全面发展的政治生活状态,也即使人成之为人的政治过程及成就.从这个意义上讲,儒家政治文明的本质特征是:在价值依托上,儒家在天人一体的思想框架中寻求政治生活的终极价值,确立人类应然的政治生活状态;在制度安排上,儒家意在建立一种上下等级和谐的君权文明;在运作方式上,儒家推崇的是以德治为本,兼综政刑的礼乐文明.儒家政治文明不是社会主义政治文明建设的障碍,二者之间应是健康互动的关系,儒家在价值追求、治国之道等方面蕴藏着社会主义政治文明发展所需要的丰富资源;同时,政治文明的主体性特征要求我们在处理二者的关系时,必须坚持社会主义政治文明的主导性地位.

Abstract:Political civilization means a condition where the individual has the opportunity to fully develop his freedom. It also means the effort made to achieve this and its achievements. The political civilization of Confucianism is thus aimed to achieve a harmony between human beings and nature, and, with this harmony as its ultimate goal, to constitute a hierarchy that sets the human relations to their most ideal, to have the government of virtues as something much more important than the government of the law. The paper holds that the Confucian ideal for political civilization is contributory to the establishment of modern China's political civilization.
