| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代以来,在世界电信业发展和改革大潮的冲击下,中印电信业都加快了发展步伐,进行了规制改革。中印两国制度禀赋的差异,使得两国选择了不同的电信业发展模式和改革路径,电信业的规制体制和产业绩效也出现了明显区别。本文比较分析了中印电信业发展模式、改革路径、规制体制和产业绩效,并从制度选择的角度分析了导致中印电信业绩效差异的原因。

| Abstract: | Under the impact of world telecommunication industry's development and reformation,China and India both accelerated the development speed of telecommunication industry and reformed the regulation system since 1990s.Because China and India had the different institutional resources, the two countries chose the different modes in the course of development and reformation of telecommunication industries,and the industries performance were also different.This thesis contrasts the development modes,reformation paths,regulation systems and industry performances of China's and India's telecommunication industries.The thesis also analyzes why China's and India's telecommunication industries had different performance on the view of institutional choice. |
