日语教育改革与人才培养模式的构建

随着高等教育改革的不断深入,高等院校外语专业关于外语人才的培养目标、模式的研究也在不断深入。本文提出应以跨文化交际能力为当今外语专业人才培养的终极目标,并针对如何理解和跨文化交际能力和其培养模式、课程体系的构建提出建议,对教师队伍的素质构成和学生的专业素质结构提出看法。

The Integrated Structure of the Objectives and Patterns of Cultivating Professionals of the Japanese Language

With the advent of the 21st century,China's entry into the WTO and the deepening of the reforms on higher education,the research on the objectives and patterns of cultivating professionals of foreign languages is being done in a greater depth.This paper proposes that the ability of cross-cultural communication be the ultimate objective of cultivating professionals of foreign languages.It also presents suggestions and views concerning how to understand the ability of cross-cultural communication,patterns of cultivating professionals,the structure of the curriculum system,the quality of the teaching staff and the structure of professional quality of the students.
