| 摘 要： | "系统发展"是一个特定国家或地区经济多维发展的系统工程,它由发展阶段、发展因素、发展模式三个子系统构成."系统发展论"为分析西部地区民营经济系统发展中存在的障碍、促进系统快速、健康的发展提供了新的视角,因而对于分析和促进西部地区民营经济的多维发展有着十分重要的意义.

| Abstract: | Systematic development" is a systematic project made up of many aspects in a particular nation or region. Generally speaking, it consists of three subsystems:in development stage, development factor and development mode. "Systematic development theory" provides a new angle for analyzing existent obstacle of individual and private economy in the western region and for speed up its systematic,fast and health development.It is very important for us to analyze and promote multi-dimensional development of individual and private economy. |
