Mastering and using Marxist essential part is the right way for the communist Party to develop Marxism and the Party's cause; Consistently strengthening the Party's building is the primary condition.Mastering the times-appeals scientifically is the necessary condition.To cultivate the Marxist theorists with the creative capacity is the basic project for fulfilling the theoretical innovation.The leader's system innovation of making policy is its significant ensuring. |
