摘    要:实验教学是高校教学中不可缺少的重要环节,实验课程对于学生成才有着特殊意义.为了实现培养应用型、复合型人才的教学目标,我们大力开展分析化学实验课程的教学改革,构建了融基础、提高、应用、创新于一体的开放式实验教学新模式,为地方性本科院校应用型人才的培养模式提供了参考和借鉴.

Abstract:A method that enables the calculation of adsorption isotherms in wide temperature range basi cally from a few TemperatureProgrammed Desorption (TPD) experiments is introduced. In the method, a transient kinetic model is established based on quasiequilibrium adsorption/desorption between the gas phase and the adsorbent for the rapid reabsorption during TPD. The model is numerically solved to fit to experimen tal TPD data by adjustment of the equilibrium parameters. Hence adsorption isotherm is calculated. This method was applied to study the adsorption isotherms of nhexane on HZSM5, 5A, HY and 13X zeolites. The results were found in good agreement with literature reports.
