| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐社会是党的十六届四中全会提出的我国现代化建设总体战略布局中十分重要的核心内容。和谐社会内涵丰富,包括社会结构的和谐、管理要素的和谐、人与人的和谐、人与自身的和谐、人与自然的和谐。在构建和谐社会的过程中,民间组织可以发挥重要作用,但我国民间组织发展的现状影响着其在构建和谐社会过程中作用的发挥。

| Abstract: | Constructing the harmonious socialist society is the key of the whole strategies of Chinese modernization construction discussed in the Fourth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee.The harmonious society has rich connotations,which includes the harmony of social structure,management,human relations,human and nature,and so on.In constructing the harmonious socialist society,the non-governmental organizations play a very important role,whose current situation influences their functions in constructing the harmonious society. |
