中日关系困境解读

“安全困境”是国际关系现实主义理论用以解释国家间关系紧张、对立乃至冲突形成机理的一个基本命题。中日间出现的安全困境是导致当前双方关系恶化的主要原因。中日间安全困境的形成有着深刻的大国崛起背景下的结构性原因,如不加缓解很可能成为两国走向冲突的诱发因素。建构主义理论提示,缓解或争取跳出这种局面的途径,在于培育和形成东亚区域安全共同体。它对于中国的和平发展有着深远的意义。

An Analysis of Dilemma in Sino-Japanese Relation

Security Dilemma is a basic concept that is used for explanation of interstate tension. There is a structural factor against the background of the rise of power in the occurrence of security dilemma between China and Japan. If this security dilemma is not alleviated, it may possibly lead to conflict between China and Japan. According to Constructivism, building the security community in East Asia is a practical solution to the security dilemma, which is of great significance to China's peaceful rise.
