改革开放以来中国发展民族地区经济主要政策措施研究

大力发展民族地区经济是党和国家实行的一贯政策,为实现这一宗旨制定了发展民族地区经济的基本方针,并据此制定了主要政策和战略措施。从总体思路来看,改革开放的20年中,以邓小平为核心的党的第二代领导集体和以江泽民为核心的党的第三代领导集体,始终坚持以毛泽东为核心的党的第一代领导集体在发展民族地区经济方面所实行的基本方针,召开了三次具有重大历史意义的民族工作会议,制定了发展民族地区经济的重要战略,为实现56个民族的经济发展起到了巨大的促进作用。

On the Major Policies for the Economy of National Regions in China since the Reformation and Opening

Developing the economy in national regions is the constant policy of our country, and in carrying out such policy the basic principles as well as the major policies and measures are formulated. During the 20 years since the opening, the leading group from the second generations represented by Deng Xiaoping and from the third generations represented by Jiang Zemin have been insisting on the principles made by the leading group from the first generation represented by Mao Tsetong in developing the economy of national regions, and have held the significant national working conference three times and worked out the important developing strategies for the economy in national regions, which have promoted the economic development of 56 nationalities greatly.
