| 摘 要： | 科学的教学管理和健全的质量监控是提高教学质量,实现人才培养目标的重要保证.从教学管理科学化的角度,阐述了高等学校人才培养过程中实施教学质量监控的具体做法,即实施人才培养的前馈控制、过程管理中的适时控制、信息反馈以及实施管理创新等,对提高高校教学管理水平和教学质量,实现人才培养目标具有重要的指导意义.

| Abstract: | Scientific teaching management and sound educational quality supervision are important guarantee to improve the teaching quality and maintain the aim to cultivate the talented persons.The article gives some specific methods to supervise the teaching quality in the course of higher learning talent cultivation,such as the ahead feedback to talent cultivation,timely control and information feedback,etc.It also states the important instructive meaning to improve the level of higher learning teaching management and qualities and to realize the aim to cultivate the talented persons. |
