高校新生适应性教育问题、归因及优化策略

摘    要:新生适应性教育是高校学生教育管理的一项基础性工作。纵观当下大学仍然存在教育内容针对性不强、与新生的实际需求不相符,教育形式单一、实效性不够,持续性不强,缺乏有力的物质保障,忽视了与中学教育的衔接等问题。据此,从学校、教师、学生三个维度上提出相应的策略:学校提供符合新生特性的适应性教育;教师为新生的学习、生活、成长成才铺平道路,并注重教育形式;学生干部、高年级优秀学生要理解、帮助新生,同时高年级学生要起好模范带头作用。

Problems, Attributions and Optimization Strategies of the Adaptability Education for College Freshmen

Abstract:The adaptability education of freshmen is a basic work for the education and management of university students. Such problems as vague pertinence of educational content, the mismatch between the teaching content and prac- tical needs, the dull teaching methods, the education inefficiency, the shortage of continuity, the lack of effective material guarantee and the ignorance of the transition between the middle school education and the university education are still popular. Accordingly, the paper provides some measures in terms of institutions, faculty and students. For institutions, the freshmen--oriented adaptability education is supposed to be provided; for faculty, effective teaching forms and meth- ods are expected; for students, models' functions are encouraged.
