| 摘 要： | 职前外语教师（ｐｒｅ － ｓｅｒｖｉｃｅ Ｅｎｇｌｉｓｈ ｔｅａｃｈｅｒ） 的教学技能是目前外语师范教育界所关心的问题。本文认为要提高英语高师生的教学能力必须营造气氛，增强学生的师范意识，配合现有的课程设置，从培养学生的课堂实际操作能力入手，最终达到提高教学能力的目的。

| Abstract: | In order to develop the pre_service English teachers' teaching skills, the training of English teaching skills for students in the teachers' college should create an atmosphere to strengthen the students' awareness of their future profession and, in coorperation with the curriculum arrangement, lay stress on the practical skills of classroom teaching. |
