| 摘 要： | 20世纪中国法制实质上经历了一个法制现代化的运动，并且这一运动还会持续到21世纪中叶以前。本文以中国法制现代化的历史道路为主题，分别对中国法制现代化的历史进程、中国法制现代化的历史动力以及中国法制现代化的历史意义三个问题进行了分析和论述。
