| 摘 要： | 权利是我们所要构建的和谐社会的基本要素,它既是和谐社会的活力源泉,又是和谐社会的秩序基础.从内容上看,权利意味着人们正当的自由或利益;从形式上看,权利意味着某种规则与秩序.构建和谐社会,应该树立公平正义的权利观、尊重他人权利的权利观、善待自己权利的权利观与遵守社会规则的权利观.
