| 摘 要： | 通过对我国经济制度转轨时期的银行主导型融资体系缺陷、资本市场和货币市场功能结构缺陷以及二元金融结构、各金融机构的非市场化博弈、X-非效率、非规模经济的分析，论证我国金融制度存在制度性缺陷而导致低效率。

| Abstract: | This thesis mainly analyzes the efficiency of China's financial system in the transitional period. It begins with the discussion of the defects of bank dominant indirect financial system. Then capitalmarket, monetary market's function and structure defects are analyzed in details. Meanwhile,two-unitfinancial structure,financial institution's non-market game,x-inefficiency,diseconomies of scale are also outlined. These analyses in many respects testify the financial ssystem's low efficiency in Chinathat results from the systematic financial defect in transitional period. |
