| 摘 要： | 隐私权作为公民享有的人格权,受法律保护的程度,是社会文明进步程度的标志,体现了人类自治、自律、维护自我权利的基本要求。世界各国对隐私权的保护非常重视,大多数国家在其法律中直接或间接地规定了隐私权。我国采用的是间接保护模式,对隐私权的保护水平有限,有必要借鉴国外的经验,完善隐私权的法律保护。

| Abstract: | As a personality right,the citizen right to privacy is under the protection of law.This right,reflects the progress of civilization and meets the basic demands of autonomy,self-discipline,and maintenance of one's own rights.Many countries attach great inportance of the protection of such a right and there are direct or indirect rules and regulations.China has adopted an indirect way of protection and results in limitations.It is necessary for as to take examples from other countries and to perfect the legal protection of right to privacy. |
