| 摘 要： | 由于R＆D投入对高新技术企业的发展起着非常重要的作用，因此，R＆D投入对高新技术企业业绩的影响，一直是国内外学者关注的主要问题。我们使用71家我国上市高新技术企业2003年一2007年的面板数据，实证分析了R＆D投入对高新技术企业业绩的影响。结果发现，当年的R＆D支出和高新技术企业业绩有正向相关性，R＆D投入对高新技术企业业绩没有滞后影响。我们建议，第一，要加大政府激励企业技术创新的力度；第二，要完善高新技术企业体制，增强研发成果转化成现实生产力的能力；第三，高新技术企业R＆D投入应重视技术创新的发展潜力。

| Abstract: | R&D investment plays a vital role in the growth of high-tech enterprises,so the influence of R&D investment on an enterprise's performance has always been the focus among scholars.In this paper,the panel data of 71 listed high-tech enterprises between 2003 and 2007 are used to analyze the effect of R&D investment on their performance,and it is found out that there is a positive relationship between R&D investment and enterprise performance,and R&D investment does not exercise delayed influence on enterprise... |
