A Framework of the Interpretation of the "Triple Helix" Model of National Theory Innovation:Taking the Inclusive Growth and Inclusive Development for Example

"Triple helix" is a kind of theory model which explains the collaborative innovation of universities,industry and government.In the Chinese national theoretical innovation model,there is also a similar "triple helix" model of national theory innovation.This model can be clearly expressed through our case studies of inclusive growth and inclusive development based on the"political activity" of the social problems;it is the engine of national theory innovation and also the "media focus" for public opinion mobilization and the "research focus" for theoretical thinking:the three in a helix relationship make up a Chinese national theory innovation mechanism.
