欠发达地区农村居民社会福利价值认同及其影响因素研究——以贵州省为例

对贵州省684名农村成年居民的实证研究结果显示,农村居民在福利基本价值上的集体主义价值认同表现得较为强烈,具有明显的社会公平取向特征.农村居民对社会福利的预期功能的高度认同与其对现行社会福利制度实践效果的低度评价之间存在着鲜明的反差,这表明作为公共物品的社会福利在当前欠发达地区农村居民的日常生活世界中的相对匮乏.经济发展水平、社会福利制度背景、文化传统和人口结构特征等不同层次因素对农村居民的社会福利价值认同均具有显著的影响.

On the Rural Residents' Identity of Social Welfare Value and Its Influence Factors in Underdeveloped Areas:A Case Study of Guizhou Province

The results of the empirical research on 684 rural adult residents in Guizhou Province showed that the rural residents′ identity of the collectivism underlying the basic value of welfare is rather strong,a feature of obvious social justice orientation.There was a large gap between the rural residents′ high expectation of the intended function of social welfare and their low evaluation of the actual effects of the social welfare system,which showed that the social welfare,as public goods,was weak in the daily life of rural residents at underdeveloped areas.The social welfare identity of rural residents was influenced by the factors at various levels such as economic development level,social welfare system background,cultural tradition and population structure.
