| 摘 要： | 文章以20世纪50年代中期皖西北地区的打井运动为中心,呈现了建国初农田水利建设中的政治化倾向.通过对打井兴起过程以及打井技术与经济条件制约的分析,揭示了打井走向政治运动化的过程.水井的高报废率虽遭致基层对打井的质疑,但走上政治运动的打井并未在抱怨声中适可而止.在不断政治化的推进中,水井的高报废率也最终消解了这场农田水利建设运动的原本意义.

| Abstract: | The paper described the politicalization of farming water conservancy projects at the dawn of the Republic,highlighting the well-sinking drive in the Northwestern Anhui Province.The process of politicalization was represented through the analysis on the proposal,decision,technology use and economic restriction of the drive.The political-movement-oriented digging fever was not brought down by the grass-root units′ doubts and complaint provoked especially by the high spoilage.The accelerating politicalization and rate of rejection had finally nullified the original significance of the water conservancy project. |
