非政府组织推进外来务工人员城市融入的路径分析——基于赋权理论视角

通过对厦门国仁工友之家为代表的公益性非政府组织中外来务工人员的深入访谈,运用定性研究方法,以赋权理论为视角,分析了非政府组织在推进外来务工人员城市融入方面的途径和作用,包括激发个人潜能,提高工友效能感与全能感；构建网络资源,改善个人与环境的相互关系；强调外来务工人员的社会行动与社会目标,促进社区发展等.并对非政府组织如何更好地为外来务工人员城市融入服务提出相关建议.

The Route for NGO to Promote City Integration of Migrant Workers: Based on Empowerment Theory

Taking Guoren Center for Laborers in Xiamen as a representative,the authors conducted interviews on migrant workers in the non-profit NGOs.Then,by using qualitative research and through the perspective of empowerment theory,they analyzed the ways and significance of the NGOs’ efforts to promote the migrants’ city integration,including: stimulating the workers’ individual potential,and advancing their self-efficacy and omnipotence;constructing network resources,and improving the relationship between the individual and the environment;putting stress on their social action and social goals,and accelerating the development of communities,etc.And suggestions involved are put forward hereby.
